The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults
Goals and Objectives:
To assist those interested in inquiring about the Catholic Church in the process of Inquiry, catechesis, sacramental preparation (Baptism, Confirmation and/or First Eucharist) and post baptismal catechesis, through the Rites of Christian Initiation of Adults, for adults and children of the age of reason (age 7 and older). Here at Church of the Ascension, the OCIA process is part of Catechetical Ministries.
Meeting Days and Times:
The ministry members meet as needed. Those served by this ministry meet weekly.
