Finance Council Member Information

The Parish Finance Council in collaboration with the pastor develops, approves and oversees implementation of the parish budget. The Finance Council additionally advises the pastor on matters relative to the maintenance of the physical plant. The Finance Council receives monthly financial statements and meets at least quarterly to review the statements and the budget. A designated member of the Council reconciles monthly bank statements. In collaboration with the pastor, the Finance Council presents an annual report to the congregation in early November for previous fiscal year ended on June 30th.
